Cancellation Policy

Our standard cancellation policy is as follows (individual activities may have different policies):

• More than 48 hours before: Full refund
• 24-48 hours before: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund

Limitation of Liability

Djerba Fun acts as an intermediary between travelers and activity providers. While we carefully vet our partners, we are not liable for the actions, errors, or omissions of activity providers. We recommend travelers verify all activity details and purchase appropriate travel insurance.

Governing Law
